Each side of this duplex has 3 bedrooms,full bath,extra Large enclosed outdoor shower, well equipped eat in kitchen with plenty of seating at your kitchen table, and living room with glass sliders so that you can sit and enjoy your amazing views of Nantucket Sound from the living room or the deck. Both sides have an oversized deck with picnic bench ,bbq grill and deck chairs.

Also close by are Ice cream parlors(Sundae School is an all time favorite),candy stores,pizza shops,sub shops, cafes, local-fresh seafood markets where you can buy clams, scallops, lobsters or cod tuna and more, fresh off the boats and cook it back at your cottage on the beach!

Here you will find the JFK Museum,The Cape Cod Baseball Hall of Fame, and a short stroll brings you to scenic Hyannis Harbor, where you can take a ferry to the islands of Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard
