The sliding doors off bedrooms lead you to a spacious deck which provides you a great spot for relaxing. A fully enclosed outdoor shower allows you to wash up after a day at the beach. A brand new laundry closet provides you convenience during you stay. This house features a brand new, richly-appointed kitchen with tastefully designed back splash and model stainless appliances. It accommodates all your kitchen needs. You will love it!
The house has all the bells and whistles that the modern technology has to offer. High speed internet WiFi keeps you connected all the time. There are TWO flat Screen HD TVs in the house with over 100 channels. The kids and parent will never fight for the channels again!
There is also a gas BBQ grill on the deck and large marble top deck furniture which comfortably sits 8 people. In addition, enjoy the beautiful and comfy patio furniture with a fire pit which offers you a romantic atmosphere.
It offers 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 new baths, furnished with 1 King, 1 Queen, and two Twin beds sleep six. A convertible sofa in the living room can provide additional sleeping accommodations at an additional charge (full size). No pets (not inside house, but can stay in the fenced yard), no smoking, please.

Only a short drive to many lovely 18-hole golf courses, such as Dennis Pines, Dennis Highlands, and Blue Rock. Or bring to the kids to mini-golf, Go Karts, or the famous Sundae School Ice Cream Parlor.
The property is also very close to Cape Cod bike trail Dennis entrance (less than 2 miles). Bring your bike and enjoy the scenic ride along over 22 mile stretches or rent a bike locally. You can bring your kayak and boating to the ocean beach at no time or rent a kayak from a nearby boating outfit.
Crabbing at the dawn on south village beach is very popular activity for the family. Your kids will love it! In addition, the nearby West Dennis yacht club is a popular spot for kids to get connected. Monday nights youth dance are open to the public. Please check it out

We stayed at the house for one week in August. My wife and I, our daughter her huband and baby girl, my son and his fiancee. The place is outstanding. It had everything we needed. Having 3 bathrooms and an outside shower was great when we got back from the beach. The deck is fantastice. Plenty of room and great to sit out on in the early evening. The location couldn't be better. I am familiar with the area and we were near everything. I can't say enough good things about our experience and I would definitely return.

This house is very affordable, wonderfully decorated, and in the perfect location. We were able to walk to several restaurants and only a few minutes drive to kayaking, biking, and lots of great beaches. We were a family of 7 and there was plenty of room for eating and sleeping. The living room was a little crowded, but we managed. Our only complaint was that the sleeper sofa is very squeaky. The people trying to sleep on it woke up everytime they tried to roll over!

This newly renovated 3 bedroom/3 bathroom was perfect, albeit a bit cramped, for 3 adults and 3 children. The amenities are great, and the yard is peaceful. Despite being on a main road, it is quiet. Convenient location to beaches, shopping and activities.

We traveled there as a family of 4 and couldn't find a better, more comfortable, or cozier place than this house. The house has a very convenient location, located by Dunkin Donuts, convenience store, and a shopping plaza just 2 minutes driving distance away. The house itself is really cozy, really clean, the WiFi and the TV definitely were pluses at night. Kitchen was super helpful, even had an oven for baking. Beds were comfortable, and the backyard was the best place for reading in the morning.

This cottage was bright, clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious. The road seemed that it could have been busy but was not. It was very quiet and convenient to many things.

Great location, beautiful home. Wish we took advantage of gorgeous rear deck and BBQ facilities. Despite being on a busy road, we were surprised at how quiet the home was. We were a little bit disappointed at the cleanliness when we arrived, but we understand that the owner will be changing the cleaning service. We also lost power twice, most likely due to our using toaster, oven and coffee machine at same time. Had to go re-flick the breakers in the basement. But a great place, great location, and very fairly priced, in our opinion. We'd love to return next year.

My family (of 4) couldn't have asked for a nicer vacation home. It was a very quiet and peaceful environment; waking up to see the wildlife surrendering us. The decor was beautiful, the colors matched perfectly, and it looked like it was inspired out of a "Home & Gardens" magazine. My hats off to the interior decorator who designed the decor. The 3 bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious clean and modern. The house had beautiful new wooden floors and the kitchen had modern appliances. I would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time at this home- very nicely decorated, and the three bedroom/three bathroom layout felt very spacious for our family of two adults, and two kids. Conservation land abuts the property in the back, as does the Swan River, which makes the deck a restful place to unwind after a day of beach fun. We enjoyed exploring all of the tasty restaurants in the vicinity- Red Cottage for breakfast, Chapin's Fish and Chips for dinner, and Sundae School for dessert! The beaches are nearby and pristine- Mayflower was our favorite. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is just minutes away for biking, and there are lots of mini golf places, and a big park with tennis courts, and basketball courts which is great as a change of pace. Lots to do, or do nothing, this house is a perfect launching spot, and destination.

We have had wonderful time in the house during our short family reunion. There were no privacy issues for two adult couples whatsoever as a matter of fact it could easily accommodate another couple or few kids. All rooms are nicely designed, decorated and furnished. Whole house was recently renovated and totally matched our taste and expectation. All electronic equipment and kitchen appliances are new and working fine. The kitchen has it all: pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, etc. Although we’ve came prepared, we never unpacked all our kitchen staff or grill tools. There were no issues following up or returning security deposit. We would highly recommend it to people who appreciate high quality accommodation and will definitely return.
