1/2 Duplex; 2 floors of living; 5 bedrooms, 1.5 baths!
Across the street from Uncle Stephen's Pond- Gorgeous sunsets!
Upper and lower living rooms give large families extra room!
Washer and Dryer!
Oudoor shower!
Gas Grille on large rear deck!
4 houses from private/community beach on Nantucket Sound!
Mid-Cape location is central to all Cape attractions!

Our family particularly enjoys swimming, shopping in Chatham and Provincetown, striper and blue fishing out of Hyannis,Harwich and Barnstable, go-carts, arcade in Yarmouth, drive-in theater at Wellfleet golf, mini-golf, Cahoon's Hollow and the Beachcomber, fresh seafood dining-everywhere!

Area Description

Our end of Trotting Park ends at the Ocean!
We are 4 houses from the beach!
It's a quiet, family area!
Our kids would walk down our beach to Swan River where they would float on rafts with the current,jump off the rocks into the water, or hunt for crabs and shells!
We, adults, would walk down our beach(the other way) and have waterfront drinks at the Lighthouse Inn!
We are near Rte 28 and shopping but far enough away if we want nothing but peace!
