A minute's walk from our general store and businesses, ten minutes walk from West Falmouth harbor, and a five-minute drive from Chapoquoit Beach. You would get a town sticker for our local beautiful beach for swimming and excellent windsurfing on Buzzard's Bay, and it is usable at all Falmouth beaches. Fifteen minuites from the Bourne bridge, this charming house with attached barns on a slight hill from Rte. 28A is truly charming in a very summery way with an enclosed back yard, back patio and gardens, on a shaded rise. It is definitely a world away!

Area Description

West Falmouth is a typical New England sea-side town removed from the bustle of Falmouth Center yet at close proximity to it. It's beach is the renowned Chapoqoit Beach on beautiful Buzzards Bay and well-known to windsurfers. Much of the beachside is a protected reserve, with windind roads around the harbor and to the bay, suitable for biking, walking, wandering. There are also bike paths. It is a classic seltered neighborhood in a with a storybook feel!
