Welcome to our Appalachian-style log cabin just twenty minutes from Glacier National Park and its western gateway in West Glacier. We feature a newly-constructed 2000 sq. ft. open-ceiling cabin with the following features: cedar-lined walls and ceiling, two eight foot deep covered porches, fully furnished kitchen with island, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range and oven, garbage disposal, toaster, coffee-maker, and all kitchen implements and utensils. Other comforts include wood stove, propane furnace, propane barbecue, washer/dryer, 42 flat-screen television with satelite service and DVD player.

The property fronts on the Northfork of the Flathead River (a National Wild and Scenic River) providing a view into Glacier National Park, a million acre wilderness. We're just minutes from Glacier Park International Airport, shopping in the nearby trendy communities of Columbia Falls and Whitefish. And minutes in the other direction are the endless recreational opportunities offered by the Great Bear Wilderness, Glacier Park and the Bob Marshall Wilderness. Just steps from the front door, you can catch native Westslope Cutthroat trout or relax and view wildlife including, beaver, river otter, black and grizzly bears, wolves and coyotes, wolverine, elk, deer, golden and bald eagles, hawks, osprey, grouse and other species common to unspoiled wilderness areas. Hiking, mountain climbing, snowshoeing, skiing, river rafting, cycling, bird watching golfing and boating all await you. The cabin is behind a locked gate .4 mile off the Blankenship Road. Quiet, private and secluded, yet within striking distance of unparalled recreational outlets...or just plain relaxation.
