Description of the West Harwich vacation cottage rental

This home is in a central location on Route 28 within an easy walk to Downtown Dennisport, close to Belmont Road Beach (.9) and the bike trail. It is an easy walk to Friendly's, Noble House, Domino's Pizza, and a convenience store with great sandwiches after your swim at the beach or the built in pool. There is a big back yard for lawn games, badminton, etc. This home is great for a family. One Queen bedroom, a twin bedroom that can be converted to a king, and a big kids room that can sleep six. A/C units in 2 of the bedrooms, the dining area and the office. The house also houses a small caretaker's apartment and shares the property with an antique carriage house; the owner's small interior design business. NO SMOKING! PET FRIENDLY FOR DOGS ONLY! Off Season Rates for $995 per week or $150 per night.

Kids loved the pool!!

The house was very warming, clean, set up to feel just like home! The kids absolutely loved the pool! The kitchen was large and great to cook in for the family! I can't wait to go back next year!!

Wonderful Vacation House!

This house was just wonderful for a get-away with the kids! We loved having a pool and beautiful deck. The house was clean and spacious and very comfortable. It had a nice big dining room but most meals we ate outside on the deck by the pool. We did wish we had more than one bathroom, but the outdoor shower was excellent to have. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a very comfortable stay. And the house was so centrally located on the Cape it was easy to explore other towns. There was also plenty to entertain the kids right around Harwich. The beaches were great and we loved the go-carts, trampolines, bumper boats and kyacking. It was a short drive to the supermarket and there was a small grocery store walking distance. It was a wonderful family vacation home.
