Description of the West Harwich vacation home rental

NEW CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING!! Well maintained home on a nicely landscaped corner lot. Only a 10 minute walk to 3 beautiful beaches on warm Nantucket Sound. Beach chairs, an umbrella and coolers are provided plus a beach buggy stroller to carry your stuff to the beach. This home offers 6 rooms. 3 bedrooms- 1 queen, 1 full and 2 twin beds plus a full size sleep sofa in the den. Updated 1.5 baths with new vanities and a new deep soaker tub and shower in the main bath. There is also a newly remodeled outdoor shower for you to enjoy. A huge living room with a gas log fireplace. An eat in fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a microwave. A sunny den with a new slider leads to a new deck with new patio furniture and a gas grill. A washer and dryer are in the basement. The house is equipped with 5 TV’s including a 53" Sony in the living room, DVD and VHS players. All rooms have been newly painted and very clean.

Area Information

Close to everything. Walking distance to beaches and many restaurants from The Weatherdeck to The Villa Roma. Just a short drive to mini golf, bumper boats, batting cages, trampolines, go carts, band concerts, Cape league baseball games to name a few. Everything you ever wanted is right here!!
