We rented this property with our friends and we were four adults and four adolescents. Four bedrooms, two with two beds each, and two with Queen beds, all comfortable. Lots of storage space for clothing. Linens and towels all nice and clean. Large clean kitchen with plenty of dishes, mugs, glasses, utensils, pots, pans etc. adjacent to a Great Room with enough room for eight adults. We didn't use the private beach much. We used the part of the Craigsville Beach reserved for residents which is right next to the public beach. The main advantage is that the authorities are relaxed regarding drinking alcohol on the beach as long as one is discrete and doesn't become an annoyance. We would load one of the vehicles with chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc. for the short 2 km drive to the beach while the rest of walked the ten minutes it took to rendezvous with the driver to unload. We'd leave the vehicle parked, using the resident parking pass that is part of the rental. We'd walk to the property for lunch and walk back to the beach afterwards, leaving our beach site without concern. We were fortunate to have great weather. Learned that the water on the south coast of the Cape is significantly warmer than on the east or north coasts. Lots of grocery stores, pharmacies, convenience stores nearby. Hyannisport is 10-15 minutes away with bars, restaurants and the ferries to take one to Nantucket and/or Martha's Vineyard. We had grand plans of exploring the Cape more but ended up soaking up the sunshine on the beach and relaxing. Provincetown was worth a day trip. A trip to Boston is a big commitment; 2 hours each way but a great city to visit. Owners have a property right next door. Nice people and good to deal with. We will hopefully return, and if we do, we will look here first. We highly recommend this location!
