- Check Out: 10 a.m.
- Required Stay: 2 nite minimum
- Deposits: 50% due on confirmation; for in-season bookings, the balance is due by June 1st! Any transfer fees paid by renter.
- Other Fees: For all off season bookings: deposits/balances due on confirmation!
$400/296€ (timely Euro conversion prevails)-Security deposit due on arrival,returned promptly on departure.
For European guests the rate is $1250 or 926€ a week.(timely Euro conversion prevails)-

Irene's friendly welcome made us feel at home right away. Everything we needed was provided.
A nice quiet cottage, surrounded by gardens, a short walk from the beach.

The absolute best of times! This place is something out of a fairy tale novel. The plantings, the light, the sounds, the ocean .... magic! The serene feelings of this place will forever be in my soul. Have bad dream at night? Remember the solace of .....HERE! Paul 2007

Wonderful location-easy drive to everything! Quick walk to beach & General store. Clean, neat & fully furnished; good advice available from native Cape Codder! PRIVATE, lots of space; stayed 8 nights and did not want to leave! Definitely would come again & prefer it to a B&B or hotel. Bob Arnold, Wash.,DC
