Description of the West Hyannisport vacation home rental
This classic cape is located on a quiet street in the Avenues of West Hyannisport. This is a wonderful family friendly area. Walk to private neighborhood beach or 3 minute drive to famous Craigville Beach. Short drive to Kalmus Beach and Veteran's Beach. This sunny 3 bedroom cape is freshly painted and very nicely appointed in a desirable area. The home is clean and bright. Leave the windows open and enjoy the breeze or enjoy the central air conditioning. Sunny fully stocked kitchen downstairs with separate eating area. Fireplaced living room has color cable TV, DVD and VCR. One bedroom and full bath downstairs and two spacious bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Ping pong table in basement. Wi Fi! Large enclosed deck with Weber grill. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Large, private yard. Short 5 minute drive to nearby downtown Hyannis for shopping, dining and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. Private neighborhood beach is perfect for young children. Bring a kayak!
Area Information
West Hyannisport has several beautiful beaches including Craigsville, Kalmus and Veteran's. This mid cape location is convenient to area attractions including golfing, ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, duck tours, movie cinema complex, Cape Cod shopping Mall and deep sea fishing. Enjoy a show at the Cape Cod Melody tent which is a five minute drive away. Wonderful family friendly area with plenty of activities.

Great vacation house

This was a wonderful house to stay in while on Cape Cod. It had all the amentities and more. It was the best equipped accomodations we ever stayed in, kitchen, bathrooms and bed rooms had everything. We only needed our bedding and towel and wash cloths, great. Beautifully decorated almost like an art gallery. Private deck with patio set provided gas grill and wonderful morning breakfasts. Close to beaches and all the action in the Hyannis area. We will stay there again in the future.

House was easy to find, spacious, clean, and had the amenities we wanted. It was centrally located to all the attractions on Cape Cod.
