This is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage with beautiful wrap around porch to take full advantage of the mountains and river below. Walk in the front door and you are greeted by a modern, open kitchen with plenty of room for two or more to cook and entertain.

On the main floor you’ll also find dining area, open living room with TV, and master bedroom suite. Wrap around porch is accessible from three sides and takes full advantage of the river view. It’s perfect for entertaining with plenty of seating, and fully equipped gas grill.

Lower floor offers darts, full-size pool table sitting area with another television and queen size bed. A separate bedroom and full bath is also located on this floor. Main room opens up to covered porch that leads onto large, nearly flat lawn that leads to picturesque river. It’s a perfect spot for splashing in the water or enjoying a lazy day by the river.

The deposit amount is $200 unless otherwise stated. After the property is vacated, it will be inspected. In the event that there are damages to the property or its contents or there are extraordinary cleaning expenses as a result of your stay, the amount of total damages will be deducted from your deposit or charged to your card.
