Description of the West Molokai vacation condo rental

Beautifully remodeled ocean view condo. Tropical setting on a tropical island. Hawaii as it is meant to be seen. Located on the sunny side of Molokai with the longest white sand beaches in the state. Onsite pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts. Walk on the deserted beaches and play in the water with the toys we provide. Queen bed in master bedroom, queen and twin in 2nd bedroom. Watch the waves from the lanai with your morning cup of Molokai coffee.

New kitchen features granite counters, all new full size appliances and a unique open floor plan. Ground floor unit has bedrooms and bathrooms decorated with tropical linens. Island style furnishings throughout. A washer and dryer are also provided in the unit.

Area Description

Kaluakoi resort features stiking ocean views. Property is home to Coconut palms, bananna plants, Plumeria trees and numerous other lush tropical plants and flowers. Nearby Town of Maunaloa has the wonderful feeling of old Hawaii. Visit historical sites, eat local food, and experience the true Aloha that is Molokai. There are no stop lights on Molokai, so take your time and enjoy the views.

Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: 2 night minimum
Lodging Tax: 11.42%
Deposits: $150.00 deposit for 2-5 day stays, $500 for week or longer to hold reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Refundable Security deposit of $150 for 2-5 day minimum and $500 for week or longer (due with balance).
Other Fees: $100 cleaning fee

Lovely place! Everything we needed and more. I didn't believe beaches could be so empty and beautiful. We were the only 2 people on the beach at sunset for the 4th of July. Had the pool to ourselves all week. Great location to relax and experience the real Hawaii. Can't wait to return again and again. We've already reserved our week for next year.
