Courtyards at CityPlace : This condo is by far the best one in CityPlace, since it looks out and walks out to the pool, spa, and fitness center and is a corner unit (quiet) and is the closest to the covered reserved parking garage.
The convenience of being ten seconds away from having coffee, lunch, or a glass of wine by the pool or spa can't be over emphasized when compared to the constant packing up and carrying your stuff down various (non-AC) hallways, elevators, thru numerous gates from the other buildings in the complex to go back and forth to the pool area!
This condo has a king in the master, a queen pullout in the living room (and another queen blowup, if needed) plus the 2 flat screen TVs, DVD, VCR, and high speed wireless internet.
It has a granite kitchen, a nice eat at the bar setup, along with a 4 seat dining room table,and has a huge bath tub/shower. Comes equpped with beach towels, a cooler and your very own Schleppie; a high class canvas grocery cart since the Publix Food Store is just a block away!
With the walk to everything atmosphere,with over 70 stores (Macy's, Victoria Secret, Black & White, Cache, etc.) over 30 restaurants (Cheesecake Factory, Ruth Chris, Legal Seafoods, Bellaggio, Kona, Opa, City Pizza, Cheeburger Cheeburger, etc), Panera Bread, Starbucks, two ice cream shoppes, a 20 Muvico Theatre Complex, the Kravis Center, the Convention Center, the Comedy Improv, the Clydesdale horse carriages, the rickshas, and the Trolley that takes you all around town when you don't feel like walking! Amenities: Walk or take the free trolley to all kinds of fun stores like Macy's, Black & White (over 70), 20 movies, the Comedy Improv, 35 restaurants, including Cheesecake Factory, Legal Seafood, Ruth Chris, etc. the Starbucks, Panera Bread and the Publix grocery store is right around the corner. You don't actually have to have a car! When you combine that with the Kravitz Center, the Convention Center, the Harriet Himmel Gilman theatre, the Clydesdale horsedrawn carriages, the rickshas, Diva Duck (the bus that drives into the intracoastal and turns into a boat!) the free music concerts every night; plus the great dancing waters that the kids get to run through on Clematis Street; it's a pretty special place!
With the hotels getting up to $350 per night for a room; these rentals can be a great value by the day, week or month!

Stay at CityPlace every year and this was the first time I had a chance to stay in a first floor walk out to pool condo! What a difference; whether it's coffee in the morning in the spa or a glass of wine at night; it's ten seconds out the door! Love the 3 flat screen TVs too!
