Beautiful gardens/fantastic pool and the condo was clean and well appointed. City Place was the shopping/dining destination of the area. The Performing Arts Centre and Norton Museum of Art topped off a perfect holiday. 10x better than Hawaii!

We stayed in another of her rentals which was a one bedroom condo. It was right in city place, where you can walk to shopping and resturants. Great location. The condo was fully equipped and very clean. The owner was great and very accommodating . Would definatly stay again..

What an awesome place to stay!! Lots to do from relaxing at the courtyards to the pool, a short distance to the beach, and walking to great shopping & restaurants. Hope to return next year.

Our condo wasn't the one pictured, but it was perfect for the four of us. Plenty of everything was available in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bath. It was great to be able to park in the garage on the same floor as our apartment. The second bedroom had a pull-out trundle bed which was OK for a while, but not for long term. Three TV's enabled us to watch different programs. It was convenient (we ate in or at the City Pizza Grill right beneath us) to Macy's and other stores and restaurants. Plan to stay there again when we next go to that area. Elaine was a helpful hostess.

We stayed for a month in this very clean and well equipped condo which is located on the doorstep of all the great shopping and dining that CIty Place has to offer. The owner, Elaine, took a real interest in ensuring we had everything we needed and it was very easy to reach her. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed this City Place rental immensely. I did not get this particular unit as it was being refurbished but got the other unit this renter has and it too was being refurbished but did not take away from the overall enjoyment and convenience of this rental. Just walk downstairs and go to eat, shop at Macy's, Publix, etc.
