Sirfin's Beach Shack is a beautifully restored 1924 bungalow, convinientely located in Historic Grandview Heights and just a few blocks from City Place and the waterfront.
The bungalow has been tastefully decorated so you can really feel you are on vacation in a tropical paradise.
It has 2 bedrooms and an inviting florida room. The Living/dining area is very comfortable and spacious.
The kitchen features a 50's dinner theme. There is a relaxing deck of the kitchen, where you can enjoy the warm evenings, or you can sit in the frontyard surrounded by palm trees to enjoy the sunrise, or just simply watch people go by.
The house features original hardwood floors, crown molding,
marble floors in kitchen,and quaint little details that make this place a truly charming one.
There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a full bed in the 2nd bedroom.

Area Description

What is great about staying at Sirfin's Beach Shack is how easy is to access most places of interest. In a very short walking distance you can go to City Place for dinner, shopping, movies, live music,etc. You can also go to Howards Park, the Norton Museum, The Kravis center of Performing Arts, the Palm Peach Convention Center, and the Intracoastal (waterfront).
Within a short drive (less than 10 min), you can go to the gorgeous beaches of Palm Beach, Famous Worth Ave, Antique Row, Clematis St, etc.
