- Required Stay: 2 nights minimum
- Deposits: We require a $200 deposit for the weekend, $500 for the week and $800 for a month of rent, all refundable.
- Other Fees: Fee for incidentals and amenities
Weekend $80.00 (Electricity) + $50.00 one departure cleaning
Weekly $125.00 (Electricity) + $50.00 one departure cleaning
Monthly $250.00(Electricity) + $100.00 one departure cleaning if needed.

Large house all on one level. Very comfortable. Master bedroom/bathroom suite is impressive. Lovely pool and clubhouse a short drive away. Great location close to Florida's Turnpike. We had a great experience here and hope to return. Fun in the Sun!, June 2, 2008

Beautiful spacious home. Perfect for families. Though, we did encounter a few small problems: house was not well equipped with kid-friendly cups/plates (plastic would be great). Also, could not find a broom or many other cleaning supplies. The owners should leave operating instructions for electronics and other amenities as well as other necessary information posted on the refrigerator. It took us the better part of a day to figure out how to use some things. Other than these issues, we had a pleasant stay in a beautiful neighborhood very close to the beach. Staying at this property was a pleasure, the house is very comfortable and it was well equipped to meet all our need to have an unforgettable vacation. The service was wonderful, absolutely no hassles. The locations of this home could not be better; we were able to enjoy the amenities of the community along with the peace of a gate away, being close to the West Palm Beach downtown, beautiful malls and recreation areas, Atlantic beaches and the Safari. Honestly we can tell you that the price worth it, and just like us you going to have an extraordinaire experience.
