Located only a block and half away from the Intercostal waterway and minutes to Palm Beach island exclusive beaches and Worth Ave. Over 6500 square feet, 5000 under AC and the rest of private courtyard patios, terraces and balconies.
Total of 5 bedrooms, 2 of them downstairs with easy access for handicap challenged people. King, Queen and twin beds on bedrooms, a loft area and a separate very private cabana-guest room by the pool!.
This is one of a kind property, built with the most unique imported materials from overseas: gas fireplace with antique marble mantle from beginning of century, real hard wood floors made out of "curupay" wood, marble floors, costume made wrought iron work on balconies, entrance gates and staircase railings, outdoor gas kitchen with real hardwood fireplace as well, heated salt pool (non chlorine), Viking and Thermador appliances... to many wonderful details to describe in one page! you won't be disappointed we promise...

Courtyard home that feels very private that overlooks the pool and courtyard from every room! non clorine, saline heated pool with water jets. Gourment kitchen with high end appliances, wine coler and doble Viking oven with grill area and 6 gas burners! bikes on property for our guests to enjoy bike rides by the water!

For my 40th Birthday, my wonderful husband planned a surprised family reunion in West Palm Beach. Thank God for Villa Fortunata, the perfect house for the perfect occasion!! The location of the house was perfect, walking distance to the Inter Costal, only minutes away from City Place and only two minutes away from the beach. The house was big enough for all of us and the kids enjoy the pool day and night. My favorite part of the house, the Cabana room, quite, cool and away from everyone! Barbara Rosand
