This brand new beautifully furnished, two bedroom, 2 �' bath, two car garage townhouse with nicely upgraded with granite, crown molding, stainless steel kitchen, and 20 in. tile floors. Located in the quiet, historic neighborhood of Grandview Heights/Flamingo Park, which is just behind the convention center in CityPlace; next to a a heated neighborhood pool, a beautiful park with public clay tennis courts, baseball fields, playground and the City Paws Dog Park. Just a three minute walk from downtown CityPlace; where you also have access to the Courtyard complex with a heated pool, fitness center, hot tub, movie room and business center! B-BQ Grill, table and four chairs located in the garage/courtyard area for cookout enjoyment!

CityPlace in West Palm Beach:

The Townhouses: Three Bedrooms, 2 �' or 3 Baths, 2 Car Garage. Private gated courtyard heated pool, and access to another pool, hot tub, fitness center, private movie room (for 20 people!) business center, library, all across the street at the Courtyards! Both the townhouses and the condos all come with all the cable channels, TIVO, high speed internet too! Plus, WIFI at the pool!

The Courtyards: One and two bedroom condos, with king in the master and twins in the second bedroom, with all the amenities listed above and covered reserved parking too! All bedrooms have TV 's, and all have at least one VCR and DVD.

Amenities: Walk to all kinds of fun stores (over 70), 24 movies, 20 restaurants, including Cheesecake Factory, Legal Seafood, Ruth Chris, etc. the Starbucks and the Publix grocery store is right around the corner. You don't actually have to have a car! When you combine that with the Kravitz Center, the Convention Center, the Harriet Himmel Gilman theatre, the horsedrawn carriages, the rickshas, Diva Duck (the bus that drives into the intracoastal and turns into a boat!) the free music concerts every Friday and Saturday night; plus the great dancing waters that the kids get to run through on Clematis Street; it's a pretty special place.
