• Required Stay: one week flexable with starting day
   
• Deposits: 50% prior to arrival (non refundable) and balance at arrival We are flexable with arrival and departure times as dictated from traval plans
   
• Other Fees: $150 cleaning and linen fee to be charged at departure $500.00 security deposit is required. For more than week rental cleaning can be arranged for you if needed.
