Upstairs, 2 of the 3 bedrooms have a beautiful pond view. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in one of the full baths. Mill Pond House is 2400 square feet.

An adjacent old barn converted to a studio with 1/2 bath, bar sink, and all business amenities serves as a wonderful private space for work or play.

Off the spacious deck that links the buildings together is a delightful playhouse for children and a storage shed.

West Tisbury is a lovely,quiet New England village located in the center of the island seemingly removed from the bustle of every day life yet just fifteen minutes from the commercial centers of Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs and Edgartown.
