RENT 2 WEEKS IN APRIL, MAY, SEPTEMBER OR OCTOBER AND GET THE 2 WEEK HALF PRICE. RENT ANY 3 DAYS AND GET THE 4 DAY FREE. Mid - Cape, 3 Bedroom in West Yarmouth Cape Cod Waterfront Cottage on Saltwater Lewis Pond. Wake up in the morning and look out anyone of our 3 large picture windows and see the beautiful water view. Less than 3/4 mi to Seagull Beach. A child safe neighborhood on 12 Acres of wooded land off the main street and on a dead end circle for children to ride bikes or play at the playground. We have 3 Bedrooms, the Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, one Bedroom has a Queen plus 1 Twin Bed, and the other Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds. We have a Tennis Court for renters, and a Dock on the Salt Water Pond for Kayaks, Row Boats and canoes that have access to the Parker River and Seagull Beach. We have a Gas BBQ Grill, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Cable TV w/VCR & DVD Player. An outdoor after-swim hot and cold running shower for your convience that makes you feel at home. We are very close to 4 Public Golf Courses in West Yarmouth. There is a channel for Fishing at Seagull Beach and a Fishing Pier at Smugglers Beach in Yarmouth.

Area Description

We are near attractions such as the ZooQuarium, Bass River Sports World and Golf Courses. Restaurants that are near us are the Captain Parkers Pub, Clancy's Restaurant, and the Lobster Boat. There is Deep Sea Fishing in Hyannis as well as Whale Watches. The Gift shops like the Christmas Tree and Wings are also only minutes away.
