Description of the West Yarmouth vacation home rental

Now is the time for you to make some memories with family and friends at our newly renovated vacation home-“Leap of Faith”.

This four bedroom home is perfect for an extended family, or two families vacationing together. It sleeps 8-10 and includes 2 bathrooms as well as an enclosed outdoor shower.

The main floor includes-
*A living room with fireplace, and an area for reading and relaxing or TV/DVD.
*A Full Bath and two bedrooms. The Master has a deck overlooking the spacious yard.
*A well supplied kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area + a slider to the second deck.
*Adjacent to the kitchen is mudroom + garage stocked with recreational supplies.

The lower level includes-
* A family room with a comfortable sectional, 32 inch TV and internet access.
* A laundry room to keep those beach towels fresh.
*A third large bedroom with a queen and daybed with trundle ideal for young families.
*A Sunroom great for family time,or naps on the daybed,can also serve as a fourth bedroom and also includes a trundle

Watching the kids is a breeze in the mostly fenced yard located on a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking. The property includes lots of outdoor gathering spaces including the two decks, a patio, a dining area on the cool,shady side of the yard and another sitting area on the sunny side of the house.

Area Information

*This family escape is centrally located with easy access to all of the Cape’s highways making it convenient to explore all that Cape Cod has to offer.
*You can hike or bike to some of the smaller beaches just a couple of miles away from the house.
*When you want to spend the day with the whole family,it is just a short drive (15-20 min) to beautiful white sandy beaches like Sea Gull Beach on Lewis Bay; and Big Sandy Pond for those who prefer freshwater.
*Less than a mile away on Rt 28 you will find family friendly restaurants and attractions like mini-golf,boat rentals and the Zooquarium.
*There are four 18-hole public golf courses,including Bayberry Hills, less than 5 minutes from the house.
*Hyannis is right down the road with its museums,and entertainment venues, as well as deep sea fishing,whale watching tours, and ferrys to the islands.
*Shopping is plentiful in both Hyannis and in the area of the Cape Cod Mall.

Great house, great location, and great beaches!

We had a wonderful stay at Leap of Faith. The house is in a great location near beaches, food, and entertainment. The owners carefully provided everything that made our stay fun and comfortable. The house is decorated in a Cape Cod colors and furnishings. The livingroom and kitchen/eating areas are open and easily accommodate large families. We will be back. Candy & Eric

Our family of 6 enjoyed a nice week and a half stay. The weather was great, the home had plenty of room, in a nice quiet neighborhood, with short rides to all of the local beaches (Seagull being our favorite). Looking forward to a return trip next year.

Great getaway for a group

This is a beautifully furnished and well-appointed home, lots of great features and surprisingly well-stocked. Every corner you turn outside is another cozy place to sit and read or enjoy a glass of wine. Plenty of room for adults and kids, with enough space in the lower area to give adults privacy in the main area upstairs. Reasonable price, friendly owners, all the comforts of home -- it all adds up to a great getaway.
