Come and relax in this gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3 bath home totally furnished and decorated in Western Decor. Completely furnished kitchen for 8, including all kitchen ware, all appliances (coffee maker, toaster, crock-pot) and much more. The fridge is even stocked with your basic condiments.

The home offers 360 degrees of the most amazing mountain and lake views that will take your breath away. You can enjoy these views from the 836 square foot second story deck or screened in porch on the bottom level. The deck has an outdoor table that seats up to 8 adults, two reclining chairs, gas grill and hot tub. The screened in porch offers two plush chiars, couch, coffee table and hammock. The house is on a half acre of mowed yard where badminton and horse shoes can be set up (these items are provided.

House Description:
Upon entering the home you will find a cozy living room with gas fireplace and satellite TV with DVD player. The living room then leads into the very open kitchen that has a dining table that seats 4 but can be extended to seat 6 plus an island with two bar stools. The kitchen has sliding doors that lead onto the 836 square foot wrap-around deck. For those of you who have pets that sliding door also has a pet door for outdoor access. The Laundry room is just off the kitchen and will be stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. Down the hallway from the living room will be a full bath (cowboy themed), 2 bedrooms with queen beds (one is moose themed and the other is cowboy themed, and the master bedroom and bath. The master bedroom has double doors that lead to the deck, 4 poster log queen bed, recliner, and satellite TV with DVD player.
Downstairs has another very large duck themed bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. A very nice TV area with a 60 inch screen TV and surround sound and a couch that has 2 reclining seats. There are plenty of games, books, and DVD's to entertain you on those rainy days. The downstairs also has a complete work-out room with 2 stationary bikes, bench, total gym, free-hand weights, and exercise ball. The downstairs offers a huge open floor plan that makes for lots of room for children to run around and play. The basement walks out to the screened in porch that leads to the backyard.

Rental Includes:
bedding, towels, trash bags, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, basic condiments in fridge, spices, books, DVD's, games, gas grill, hot tub, and a fully outfitted kitchen with all necessary appliances and cooking tools.

The home is in a secluded neighborhood on Rainbow Point. The neighborhood has a one mile circle great for morning and evening walks and tennis courts. Rainbow Point is surrounded by Hebgen Lake on 3 sides. Rainbow Point offers miles of hiking, biking, 4-wheeling, snowmobiling trails, and tons of beach access for some great rainbow trout and brown trout fishing. These trails and beach access for fishing are located just a mile from the driveway. In the winter you can snowmobile right out the driveway to 100's of miles of groomed snowmobile trails. You can even snowmobile all the way to the town of West. The town of West Yellowstone is just a short 10 minute drive and so is the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park.

While in town enjoy the shopping, dining, and visiting the famous Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center and the IMAX theatre.

A Hunter's paradise with the Gallatin National Forest backing up to the house where many Elk roam. You can even hear them bugle from the deck.

Rendezvous Cross-Country Ski Trails are just a short 10 minute drive.

World-Class fly-fishing on the Madison is just a short 5 minute drive. There is even a fly-fishing guide that lives in the neighborhood.

Yellowstone Outfitter’s is also located in the neighborhood for horseback riding trips.

You can fly directly into Yellowstone Airport during the months of (June - September). The house is just a short 8 minute drive from the airport.
