Accommodations were fine for a family of 5. There was a slight smoking odor in our suite, but it wasn't unbearable and I didn't feel like going through the hassle of changing rooms. Front desk and pool staff were nice and friendly. I would recommend updating the VHS to DVD to stay current with technology and update your movie selections as well. I would stay there again in the near future.

It was a beautiful place, but the people who worked there are very slow. First, i loved the place so much I wanted to stay another nite, so I went downstairs and they informed me I had to go online toget another night. I rented the 2 bedroom suite, so the manager told me I had to pay for 2 rooms, so I did. Then I gave them the print outs and they said everything was ok. The next morning we got woken up by the maid and maintance because they werent told we were staying another night. Seems they gave us 2 different rooms far from eachother instead of what they told us, that we could stay in the same place. Always double check with these people. They also require a large deposit upon arival that I did not see on the website. So be prepared to leave $$ and get it back after checkout. And they dont give it back until housekeeping comfirms its ok. Lovely place though.
