Ample 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom, dinning and separate living room, 2 car driveway and a breadth taking lake view. DirecTv, Broadband Internet service and full air-conditioning/appliances maintenance services included.
The house is in a gated community, walking distance to the community pool and common services area (basketball court, volley ball court, playground, etc).

Monthly rental $4,000.

Area Description

Excellent location for both shoppers (Saw Grass Mills Shopping Center is 5 minutes away) and golfers (Weston is a knit exclusive little town with many golf courses).
Moreover, Fort Lauderdale dinning and shopping area and beaches are 20 minutes east from Weston. Additionally, in case you want to go to the Gulf of Mexico, Naples is only 80 miles west (1 hour and 15 minutes) .
Finally, if you're brave enough to go to Orlando in July (I recommend the water parks like Aquatica) it only takes 3 hours to get there!
