This newly built 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home with gourmet kitchen,chef included, boasts spa baths, 2 wood burning fireplaces, banqet dining and 2 waterfalls on the river that ribbons the property. The fishing is there but no guarantees on the catching! You can relax on the deck and listen to the waterfalls or you can order a massage or
manicure. You can have a good long hot soak in the soaking tub or an invigorating jet tubby! Or if after an especially tiring week , there is nothing like the drizzling comfort of a rain showerhead.
The amenities on the interior of the home are Marble , granite, stone ,natural woods and crystal chandeliers. In winter the bath floor is radiant heated. A retreat built for luxury and comfort.


This property is available for fall foliage weekends,or
weeks.
We will also accept reservations for the upcoming winter holidays.

Area Description

This property is located on a river across from a wooded nature preserve .When you are at the house ,it looks and feels like Vermont, yet you are in Westport a mile from the Post Rd. There is world class shopping on Main St, The Westport Country Playhouse (now open year round)The farmers market is open Sundays and Thursdays through November. You will have access to Longshore Golf Course -18 holes adjacent to Long Island Sound. You will also have access to Tennis courts. There is sailing, beaches and horseback riding available.

within 5 miles there are over 50 restaurants of all types.
There are many art galleries and shops. There is huge play ground, skatepark,basketball hoops, volleyball and (seasonally)ice skating rink at the beach.
