Beautiful solitude

If you are looking for a truly restful vacation with waterfront views and a symphony of birds to entertain you from sunrise to sunset, then this is the place for you. The cozy, fully equipped, cottage has a large deck overlooking the Westport River. Kayaks and a gas grill are provided for your use. If you choose to utilize the beach, it is only a short bicycle ride away. The cottage is clean and tastefully decorated; it is set away from the other property allowing for privacy and the opportunity to enjoy the wonders of nature which surround you. Day trips to Westport, Horseneck Beach and neighboring Dartmouth are only a short car ride away. This undiscovered gem is not overrun by tourist traps and crowds; I highly recommend it as a vacation spot for those who are truly looking to get away from it all.

A charming cottage with a million dollar view of the Westport River. We enjoyed kayaking, bicycling,and just relaxing on the porch. The open meadow next to the cottage is a fine spot for stargazing. Friendly owners , lots of privacy. We'll definitely be back !

This truly the place to go if you want to relax and get away from your everyday stresses. The view is like no other and the river is surprising quiet and calm during the week. People in the area are the friendly and polite, it made the whole vacation experience just perfect.
