The beauty of the Cape without the hassle. Located at Horseneck Beach betweena private ocean beach and the Westport River, our house is a 2 bedroom Cape on a corner property shielded by trees on the street sides. A 5 minute walk to river or ocean, 5 star restaurant (Back Eddy), and boat marina. 2 minute ride to Tripp's boat yard. Located across the river from historical Westport Point.

Just over the bridge to Horseneck Beach we are located equidistant between the Westport River and the ocean. Local resident beach access at the far end of Horseneck Beach, adjacent to Baker's Beach. Home to piping plovers and many other species of birds, most of the area is undeveloped as a state reservation. Surfing, sailing, kayaking, biking, are all prevalent activities.
20 minutes to Newport,RI, 45 minutes to Providence, 80 minutes to Boston. 40 minutes to Cape Cod bridges, traffic, congestion and crowded beaches.
