Description of the Westport vacation cottage rental

Our summer home is right on the lake with a million dollar view of the lake, the "North Shore) NY and Vermont's Green Mountains. It is 1/3 mile downhill from the main road, Route 22.
The house is one story, 3 berooms 1 1/2 baths, large living room facing the lake. Front porch, front lawn and our own beach.Master BR - queen bed and 2 dressers, second BR -2 twins and a dresser & 1/2 bath.3rd BR smaller w/ 2 twins dresser & night stand.
Large living/dining room with large picture window, fireplace, skylights & 2 doors to porch.
Kitchen compact, efficient,with pots pans dishes etc. pantry, & usual appliances. Washer/Dryer attached to kitchen.
Plenty of excellent well water, lawn is mowed and trash collected weekly. Linens included.(1 set of sheets and towels per bed.)
FM stereo and CD player and clock radios. 2 telephones - phone jack for computer at desk.
1 mile to village. Library, bank, PO, gift shop, 2 grocery stores. Westport Marina.
There are 5 homes on our bay - we are center. Houses separated and private.
Flat bottom rowboar, canoe, inflatable boat, swim float and mooring.
State boat lunch ramp with parking in Westport. Good fishing.

Westport is a small town with the well known Depot Theatre, a marina and several restaurants.
Lake Placid is 1 hr away. Burlington with many attractions available by ferry or bridge. Ft, Ticonderoga, Ausable Chasm and Adirondack Museaum are good day trips.
Montreal is just over 2 hrs. drive.
