This is a cute little house, I would go back, but I wish it was more clear on the ad, This is not a 2 bedroom. I am not sure about Washington but you normally have to have a closet to be called a bedroom. Having a loft with open walls and no door makes talking travel and loud. now its a loft, so there are stairs, very steep stairs. Not really a one floor place. I ended up with one of the people not able to sleep in the second bedroom due to this fact. It is in need of HUGE deep spring cleaning!!! so dusty and cobwebs. I could never live in a house that dusty. There is no bathtub. They should invest in a better shower head. 10-20 dollars would help alot! there is no charcoal grill/ BBQ. its propane. so bring propane not charcoal! the walk to the beach. this is also VERY steep! walking down was not bad just be careful. the walk back up, well its not for people out of shape or who get exhusted quickly.
