We loved the lake house, May 27, 2008
By Alana (Auburn, WA)
I had family come in from Utah and wanted them to experience the beauty of Washington. The lake house was perfect. The lake is quiet and the property feels private. The home was much bigger than I expected and everything was there that we needed. We had plans to go all over but we enjoyed the lake house so much we ended up spending most of our time there. The kayak, canoe and ping pong tables were used regularly. The owner was also easy to communicate with which was certainly nice. All in all it was a wonderful time!

 What a Wonderful Place, April 17, 2008
By Renee Graver (Monroe WA)
We stayed at the Lake House and enjoyed every minute! The house is beautiful, and the setting couldn't be better! The kids enjoyed the ping pong downstairs and hours of fun out on the lake. We will definitely come back!

Great porch sitting in the evening, August 21, 2007
By Susan Harris (San Diego, Ca., USA)
Wonderful lake house. Porch sitting when the sun comes up with coffee in hand and in the evening after the sun goes down is a 10. Can hardly wait to go back. Bathroom arrangements are probably different, in that there is a lot of sharing upstairs but so what, it beats the Ritz.
Owner Supplied Testimonials
We had a great time and the place was great for our group.

The basement was very roomy. We were able to setup our projectors and games as planned. We didn't even have to move the ping pong table.

Having an accessible canoe was also great and unexpected. A few of the guys took a troll around the lake when the sun popped out.

Overall we were very pleased to find such a great place for the money. We will be back next year if our group can swing it.

The best part of the rental was dealing with you. You were a pleasure. This is the first time I have rented from an individual, which made me uncomfortable at first. I can't say enough how well you communicated and made me feel at home.

Thanks again.
We spent two weeks relaxing at this beautiful log house on the shore of Deer
Lake in the middle of December. Even with the the winter weather we totally
enjoyed the serenity of morning coffee on the porch and watching the ducks
and geese on the lake and the majestic bald eagles soaring high above. We
spent the evenings relaxing in front of the fireplace, reading and listening
to music. Being the environmentalists that we are we just fell in love with
the place. We cant wait to return during the summer months to enjoy the
swimming and relaxing in the sun. We would highly recommend this beautiful
spot to anyone who would like to get away from the stress of the city for a
while.
