Description of the Whistler vacation condo rental

Great location! Completely renovated large one bedroom condo on ground level at the Northstar, less than 200 metres from the Olympic Medal Plaza. We are a 5 minute walk to the base of Whistler/Blackcomb and to the village stroll shops and restaurants. No smoking or pets. Asking $1100Can/night during 2010 Winter Olympics and $800Can/night during Paralympics. Minimum stay 2 weeks. Maximum occupancy 4 people.
For longer stay, rates to be discussed. A deposit of 25% to be paid upon reservation and a damage deposit of $3000Can and full payment of your reservation to be paid 1 month before your stay.
