Our condo is the quiet end unit, on the ground floor (with no one above). It is nestled up against the treed hillside and what is also our development's private ski in off the ski run "Home Run", so you have lots of privacy and a very nice setting. This past summer we actually had a bear within 20 feet of the front door - it was amazing! (no worry about bears in the winter, as they're hibernating). The ski out access is across the street where you strap your gear on directly under the Wizard Express lift and take of for a day of skiing, anywhere on both mountains.
The master bedroom is upstairs and includes a queen sized bed, a private bath with a jetted tub, heated slate floors, and a mountain view, private balcony deck. Downstairs one guest room has 2 twin beds that we can convert to a king bed for you upon request, and the second guest room has a queen bed with an extra-long twin over bunk. The downstairs bath is adjacent to both bedrooms and includes a new double shower and heated slate floors.
Our home has undergone a major remodeling project, in which we added heated slate flooring to the entry, hall, living, dining, kitchen and both baths; a new, large, double slate shower in the main bath and slate surround in the master bath; granite countertops in the kitchen and both baths; all new stainless appliances; and a new built-in entertainment center in the master bedroom, and it's been completely repainted, so it's in pristine condition.
We provide a free, reserved, secure parking space. Also, the free Village Shuttle picks up about 200 feet from our curb for a quick ride down the street to the Village, and runs by every 6-10 minutes during the ski season.
We have free, high speed DSL, wireless, internet service.
We have connections for discounted lift tickets, ski rental equipment, lessons, and transportation from Vancouver to Whistler.
We also provide a free concierge service. Shirley Hills, the owner of Peak to Creek Concierge Service, is available to help you with all of your Whistler needs both before and during your stay. She can pre-purchase lift tickets and/or groceries and have them waiting for you, she can arrange transportation to and from Vancouver, make restaurant reservations, reserve rental equipment, make ski lessons reservations, child care reservations, etc.
For your convenience we accept U.S and Canadian personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, and since we have our own credit card program, we can give you the option of dividing the bill among your party if you prefer.
"Whistler Village" is a planned community that was developed in the 80's. You have an area about 4 city blocks by 6 blocks, with mostly underground parking, with shops, about 60 restaurants and a few lodges and hotels. At one end of the Village is the large grocery store and at the other end are the Gondolas. There are about a dozen condo complexes that are also surrounding the Village. It's very convenient, however the Village tends to be a bit noisy in the evenings, and the complexes that border the Village require a 10-15 minute, slightly uphill walk to the Gondolas.
From "Whistler Village" it is a 4 minute walk to the "Upper Village" which is the base of Blackcomb. Between the Village and Upper Village is a river and the large day parking lot.
Standing at the base of Blackcomb, looking up the hill, are several chair lifts, and this where you will find most of the "ski-in / ski-out" complexes in Whistler-Blackcomb - on each side of these chair lifts. If you were to ride the Wizard Express chair lift up the hill to the 6th support pole, and if you could, leaped off the chair lift, you would be at the elevation of Arrowhead Point, where our condo is located - probably 1800 feet from the bottom of the hill and a couple hundred feet in elevation. Arrowhead Point is the 3rd highest complex in elevation. On a map, you'll find Arrowhead Point at the end of "Painted Cliff Road".
Our access to the ski area is at this "6th support pole" off the Wizard Express chair lift. It is a couple minute walk, about 225 paces from our front door, fairly level. Your access back to our condo is at this same point or you can ski right to our condo by taking the ski run "Home Run".
There is a free shuttle bus that runs by the complex every 6-10 minutes.
In the summer, it's a one mile walk down to Lost Lake, where you have a beautiful picnic site, swimming, and a trail around the lake.
There are 3 championship golf courses in Whistler, within 10 minutes of our home.

Got back today - weather wasn't with us but the place was gorgeous, more than 'as advertised' and we left it in excellent condition. Thanks so much and everyone wants to make it an annual deal, maybe you will hear from us again through the winter as well!! Thanks so much for creating such a great place for us to enjoy - really was wonderful and everything went without a hitch, plenty of parking and all the rest of it, just great!!
