Description of the Whistler vacation home rental

Cozy, strategically located, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home which was entirely refurbished for the 2010 Vancouver/ Whistler Olympic Games. Two bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The remaining two bedrooms have a queen sized beds. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (refrigerator/ freezer, stove, microwave, dish washer and every imaginable small appliance). The home has a separate laundry room with a new Bosch washer and dryer.
The main living area has a welcoming electric fireplace, large LCD TV, DVD and high speed wireless internet. An upper bedroom level living area is ideal for the children. It has it's own LCD TV and DVD.
Undoubtedly one of the most important features of our home is the fully covered back deck. Here you'll find a BBQ and an 8 -person hot tub waiting after a perfect day on Whistler's renowned slopes.

OUR QUOTED PRICES ARE REFLECTIVE OF THE FACT THAT WE ARE INTERESTED IN RENTALS OF 7 NIGHTS AND LONGER. FOR SHORTER RENTAL PERIOD PRICES CHECK UNDER EXTRA FEES.

CREEKSIDE GONDOLA
As this is an easy walk there is no need to drive. No loading and unloading. No need to find and pay for parking. No need to chauffeur skiers back and forth.
This high speed access is definitely the least busy in Whistler. There is absolutely no contest! This means less waiting and more skiing.
CREEKSIDE AREA
This area is residential in nature. Although there are several restaurants there are no bars or night clubs. There is essentially no night time foot traffic. This means all is quiet. Sleep is guaranteed.
CREEKSIDE AMENITIES
The newly revitalized area has everything you need to have a care free holiday. Amenities include several restaurants, ski shop, ski rentals, ski pass purchases, internet cafe, Starbucks, liquor and grocery stores. And more!

Lodging tax: 0%
Deposits: A $500.00 security deposit will be returned within 30 days after departure provided there are no residential complaints, damaged or missing items and the home is left in a clean condition (as it was found) and ready for the next occupants. We understand that cleanup takes time- valuable skiing time. If the renters prefer arrangements can be made to have cleanup done professionally at a basic cost of $200.00 CAD. This fee must be prepaid and is separate from the $500.00 CAD security deposit.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Other Fees: RENTAL RATES: Nightly rates beyond the first 7 consecutive nights will be discounted. The amount of the discount will depend on the total duration of the stay and which specific dates are involved.

Perfect!

January 28, 2013

This was the perfect home away from home for our 6 week vacation. Perfect for the whole family with plenty of space - both inside and out. A large back yard for the kids to play in and a huge hot tub on the back deck – this was a highlight after the tough days on the slopes! The property is very well maintained and appointed with all of the essentials. The location was perfect – everything we needed was in Creekside including shops, restaurants and ski school. Just a short walk to the Creekside Gondola or the bus stop for the 5 minute ride into Whistler village. A huge thanks to the owners for their hospitality and making this such a memorable family vacation.

Our wonderful trip to Whistler was spent at this beautiful home. My daughter and another couple stayed there and it was walking distance to all ammenities. The home was warm cozy and everything a person would ever need. The hot tub was especially relaxful, with a glass of wine and reading a book. The owners were especially kind and were prompt with return of our damage deposit and courteous to ask us how our stay was. I will for sure return again for another relaxing week, I recommend renting this home for your holiday of pure comfort and relaxation !!
