Description of the White Lake vacation condo rental

Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 full baths condominium with deck overlooking beautiful White Lake. White Lake is unique in that it has a white sandy bottom and is blessed with crystal clear waters. This is because it is fed by subterranean springs. It is truly a child's paradise in that there are no currents, no tides, no hazardous depressions or real dangers to swimmers. It has been labled as "The Nation's Safest Beach". The white sandy beaches are doted with beautiful cypress trees with spanish moss hanging off the limbs. The unit is used on a regular basis by the owners who over the past few years have shared this beautiful experience by renting it to others.

Area Information

White Lake is a choice resort for southeastern North Carolina and one can spend a active and exciting day on the beaches, in the arcades, at the water park, boating on the lake, or a leisure time in the deep cool shade. Located in Bladen County in an area surrounded by blueberry farms and 7 miles from the county seat of Elizabethtown that is located near the Cape Fear River. Only about an hour drive to Wilmington, North Carolina on the coast or one & half hour to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for those who may desire a day trip to other attractions.

Great place to stay

We loved our trip to White Lake and our stay at The Lake Place #201. The condo has been very well taken care of and met all of our needs and then some. The living and sleeping areas were very nice and there were plenty of linens available and a fully stocked kitchen. Also had a washer and dryer. The balcony had an excellent view of the lake that was most enjoyable for eating breakfast in the mornings. It was also very quite and peaceful all around us. Can't wait to stay at The Lake Place #201 again!

We enjoyed our week at White Lake even though the weather was not what we hoped for. It was a little to cold for the water, but we made the best of it. The condo was exactly what it said it was on the internet, it was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed and then some. I will stay there again next year if I don't purchase my own place there.

This was our first visit to White Lake, and it certainly won't be our last. The condo we rented at Lake Place Condo Drive was a pleasure to vacation at. It was immaculately clean & nicely decorated. I will definitely stay at that location on my return.
