• Deposits: $500 nonrefundable deposit is charged too reserve; 50% is due via check within one week of booking, Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival via check. If payment is not received on time, credit card will be charged with an additional 3% for charge fee. Credit Card will be charged for any damage or missing items. Call for availability.
   
• Other Fees: Rates are up to 8 guests; Each additional guest over age 8 is $15/night. $100 Cleaning Fee, $50/week Pet Fee.
