Negative of the place: All beds, coach, pillow, carpets were intected by bed bug. No warm water all weeks. The shower were always plugs. The 1st day, break-in. The police arrived quick, so nothing was stolen. Good God, imagine ours 1st day, we were never after securire in ours mind. Positive: Walk distance, well located from the beach. A very large 3 bedrooms apt/condo. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. BBQ outside for the used of the condo and other tenance. NOTE: On ours return we had to bring clothes to dryed clean to desinfected, sleeping bags, clothes, pillow. (Cost pretty high). My skin was all infected. That place before renting again, should be desinfected. Carpet should be replaced by a laminated wood or hard wood. Mattress, pillow, bedspread = gabbage. Clean the drain and verified why to hot water. That place is not ready for renting. I am from Canada so I don't know to who to reported that place to, for health care? I think we should be remboursed. I am honest to prevent other families to this situation.

We arrived after a 4-hour trip to find food encrusted in the kitchen chair, the air conditioner broken, sheets stained and dirty, dust you could write in, carpet filthy, shower curtain fallen onto the floor, dirty underwear on the picnic table, and an overall stench of cigarette smoke so strong it burned your eyes. After over an hour of trying to get a hold of "the owner", and waiting another hour for that person to arrive and assess the situation, it was agreed that the home was uninhabitable. We were offered a small sum of money off if we would go out, purchase cleaning supplies, and "give the place a good cleaning". While the owner was sympathetic to our situation, this offer was not what we had in mind for the first several days of our vacation. Ultimately, we received our money back, and after several more hours of pounding the pavement, we were lucky to find adequte accomodations, clean and friendly, at the Key Motel. Dave and Kathy went out of their way, after their office was closed for the night, to show us rooms, listen to our plight, and offer us two large, clean rooms for the same price we had paid for the rental. I HIGHLY recommend the Key Motel on New Jersey Avenue, and we will definitely be staying there again!

As promised there are 3 BRs in the unit, you can easily walk to the beach from here and view beach from front porch. Plus there is an addl half bath. The furnishings in LR and KIT are run down. AC unit in KIT is very LOUD but works. You are sharing the house with the owners, other family members and caretakers, who are friendly but routinely hang out on front and back porches and smoke. The ad sould say "Smokers Welcome" to attract visitors who are also smokers or expecting to be around other smokers and the ashtrays.

when entering the house it was cozy, comfortable, had all the things we needed, it was close by everything. The back deck was very nice to relax on. The realtor was very accomadating.

we did not know what to expect it was our first time there, of course we arrived on the 4th of July so parking was rare, but the emplacement at 10 minutes of walk from the beach and 15 from the boardwalk the emplacement was perfect and also not far from market, pharmacy and everything. the house was also perfect for us, clean and equip with evrething to cook a meal. the backyard and the bbq was appreciated by the whole family. Our staying was perfect and we will probably go back next year. very good experience !

We've stayed 4 times at New Crocus by the Sea (211 E Crocus Road) over the years. We love it - the apartments are large, clean and airy and the huge balcony is wonderful for evening cocktails!! Its a couple blocks walk to the ocean but it’s right on the nicest section of the wildwood beaches, just below where the boardwalk begins in Wildwood Crest. Everything is set up in the kitchen for cooking and we used the BBQ in the back yard a couple times with great success. The owners are onsite and very helpful with anything you need. I would choose an apartment here over the hotel option any day.

Great location. Older house. Upstairs rental -bathroom is tight and shower is only hot or cold. The front proch is beautiful but you share it with other renters. Older furniture. Moderatly clean. Three nice sized bedrooms. Overall about as expected for the price.
