Location, location, location and Pool, Pool, Pool - 1/2 block from the beach and 2 blocks from southern end of the boardwalk!! Brand new, never rented, upscale 3 BR 2 BA condo on Lavender! Taking reservations for 2008. This new, adorable condominium includes 1450 sqaure feet and is spacious, is ready for 2 familes and ready for your enjoyment. Sleeps 8 adults max.

NOBODY ELSE BUT HERE IS OFFERING 42 INCH PLASMA IN THE MASTER BEDROOM AND 37 INCH PLASMA TVS IN THE OTHER TWO BEDROOMS AND A 50 INCH PLASMA IN THE LIVING ROOM!!! NO EXPENSE SPARED HERE! This condo is fully stocked and upgraded. The floors are beautiful hardwoods, and brand new appliances! After your day at the beach, relax and watch tv on the brand new 50 inch plasma! Or, sit at dusk on your private balcony sipping cocktails while looking at the beach and ocean.

There is a beautiful built-in pool with a poolside restroom and an elevator to ride up after a hot day at the beach. Only one-half block from the sandy beach and famous Wildwood Boardwalk in the prestigious Wildwood Crest! Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the Convention Center, shops, fine
dining, bike path, bike rental, Duffers Ice Cream, Miniature Golf, as well as playground and basketball courts. There is also off-street parking for two cars.

The sleeping accommodations will consist of a master bedroom with a queen bed, huge closet, and new pull out twin sleeper chair. Bedroom #2 consists of a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has two sets of bunkbeds and a pull out trundle for the kids. And, we provide each bedroom with a 37 inch plasma tv and a Playstation II for the kids. There is a second full bathroom in the hall. The new leather sectional in the living room includes a queen sleeper. Pillows and blankets are included, and you are welcome to use our sheets and towels, so you don't have to bring your own. Please wash, dry and fold before you leave. All furnishings are high-end and brand new.

The kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs. You will have a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, pots, pans, utensils, crockpot, blender and kitchen counter seating and a small table.

We have filled our storage closet downstairs with everything, and it saves you $10 per bike rental! We have 5 bikes -- two 26 inch, two 24 inch and a 16 inch; 6 beach chairs; beach cart, rolling cooler; beach umbrellas, boogie boards and skim boards. Wow, who else leaves all that. And, they are new!

Don't stop reading yet -- we have digital cable with HBO and wireless internet for laptop and XBox live access for the kids. This is a large 3 BR and we have thought of everything! Don't wait, but you should compare to other condos to see for yourself. You will not find other condos that compares to ours!

There is a full laundry room to do your wash.
