**Private covered reserved parking for two cars
**Private locked storage room with two 26" bikes and six beach chairs. The Wildwood Crest bike path is just across the street and runs along the ocean from the gazebo/playground/park, up to the boardwalk. Bikes are allowed on the boardwalk every morning until 11 a.m. and on the Crest bike path at any time.
**Handicapped accessible, elevator to all floors, including the roof top deck.

**Sheets and towels are stocked in this unit - if you use them, you must wash, dry, fold, and replace before you leave. Or, bring your own, to make check out easier. I will help you to decide what is right for your family.

**Plenty of bath towels are provided - two dozen - again, if you use them, they must be washed, dried, folded, and replaced before you leave.

We rent to families or mature adults (everyone in the group must be OVER 25 years of age). NO PROM GROUPS, SENIOR WEEK, OR SPRING BREAK RENTALS!!! Prices based on occupancy of up to 8 adults. Prices are based on an occupancy of no more than 10. Total occupancy not to exceed twelve, including all children.
