There are four condos in all.

There are two identical three bedroom, two bath condos - one on the first floor, and one on the third floor. Each sleeps up to ten guests in comfort.
There are two identical two master bedroom, two-and-a-half bath condos - one on the first floor, and one on the third floor. One sleeps six, the other eight.

Full of brand new furnishings, loaded with upgrades, these vacation rentals are designed to "WOW!" you. From the beautiful bamboo flooring, to the large windows, to the amazing ocean views from the deck, to the spectacular night time view of all the neon lights up and down the "strip",.......WOW! Choose from the convenience of the first floor unit, or the views from the third (top) floor penthouse level unit. Don't forget the high end electronics in every room, cathedral ceilings on the third floor, pendant lighting, all of the upgraded appliances and amenities in the kitchen, and even the high efficiency front loading washer and dryer in your private laundry room! This vacation rental is loaded with the BEST of the BEST. You'll love the privacy, light, and spaciousness. The elevator makes this unit so convenient and
handicapped accessible as well.

Bikes are included with the three bedroom condos, along with other beach necessities like beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. (Two bedroom units - the storage room is empty - room for your own things.) • Deposits: 1/2 of the rent is required as a deposit to hold your reservation within seven days of booking. The final balance is due 30 days before your vacation begins. There is a $ 300.00 security deposit required with your last payment, fully and completely refundable after cleaning, inspection, and key return. Discounts are available for two or more week rentals, or for double condo bookings, except for certain super prime time weeks.
   
• Other Fees: NO OTHER FEES, NO TAXES. Cleaning is always, ALWAYS included with your weekly rental rate. Other owners charge more for this service or don't include it at all! This condo was absolutely beautiful! The furniture is high-quality, beds are comfy, and it is tastefully decorated - no tacky straw fish on the walls!! The kitchen is very well appointed - plenty of dishes and glassware. We came for a long weekend and didn't want to leave! The only minus is the late check-in time - 5:00 is late. By the time we were in and settled, it was past dinner time and it seemed like we'd wasted a whole day. Other than that minor issue, we were very pleased with the accommodations. The proximity to the beach is convenient, and the kids loved the 'private' pool. We would definitely recommend this rental unit.
