This three bedroom, two full bath unit is welcoming and spacious. The private front deck is oriented to face the ocean and views are amazing.

Cancellation Policy:
Tenant notification 90 days or more prior to check in date - all deposit monies shall be returned to the tenant, less a 15% cancellation fee. Tenant notification less than 90 days prior to check-in - deposit monies will be returned to the extent that they are recovered by re-rental at no loss to the owner, less a 15% cancellation fee.

Beautiful, Well-Appointed Condo

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The furniture is high-quality, beds are comfy, and it is tastefully decorated - no tacky straw fish on the walls!! The kitchen is very well appointed - plenty of dishes and glassware. We came for a long weekend and didn't want to leave! The only minus is the late check-in time - 5:00 is late. By the time we were in and settled, it was past dinner time and it seemed like we'd wasted a whole day. Other than that minor issue, we were very pleased with the accommodations. The proximity to the beach is convenient, and the kids loved the 'private' pool. We would definitely recommend this rental unit.

Q:What makes this vacation rental so special!?

A:You've heard it before, but location, location, location applies here! Enjoy the nicer, shorter "Crest" beaches while still being close to all the things that you want to do and see in Wildwood. It's an easy walk up to the boardwalk from this condo. You won't need to move the car at all.

Q:What activities are nearby?

A:So many! Too many to mention. The Wildwood Crest bike path is right up the street. The boardwalk - 3 short blocks away - each block is one motel wide. Restaurants - several within an easy walking distance. Bike rentals. Mini golf. And of course the big, beautiful, clean Wildwood Crest beach - right across the street!

Q:What if my week is already booked? What if I have more than 8 people in my family?

A:We rent five units here in this building! Don't see your week? Email! I have others.
There are three different 3 bedroom, 2 bath units to sleep 8 to 10.
There are two different 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath units to sleep 6 to 8.
Email with information about your family for availability and links to see all of them.

Q:I can't stay for a full week. What are my options?

A:Rentals in this building run from Sunday to Sunday. In July and August, a stay is generally for a full week only, but if you are arriving within the month, I will sometimes have options for you. For June and September, three or four night stays are easy. What about a Sunday/Thursday mid-week stay? Or a Thursday/Sunday weekend? These combinations of days are easiest here but if you need something else (any month but July and August please!), email for availability.
