Units are underpriced for tthe location and extra nice, AWESOME LOCATION. You won't want to leave. Just park and stay. Heated Pool,furnished deck with grill, elevator. One tiny block from beach and just one block south of Wildwoods boardwalk.
Larger end unit, Large Balcony with grill. Directly facing The Monarch, only 9 units share the pool here and check out the rates and size, reasonably priced for what you are getting and the location is perfect. June-August weekly only, Saturday to Saturday. August 29 special, 10 nights, $2350.00.

There are beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for you use.
Location is just one tiny block from the beach. If you want to go to the boardwalk you are one block south of Wildwood World Famous Boardwalk. Just park and stay.
Two car assigned parking for your convenience.
The building is private, garage with elevator and fence around the building makes this the most private, secluded place one can vacation in the Wildwoods. Enjoy the heated pool with picnic tables and lounge chairs..Families or adults age 25 and older.
