Pleasant, comfortable unit with open front porch, living room, dining room, full kitchen with microwave & dishwasher, utility room (washer/dryer) opening to private, fenced yard (with shade trees) with hot/cold shower, picnic table & charcoal barbecue. (good for folks with children)

3 small bedrooms: front - double bed; middle - single & rollaway; back - double bed
one bath (shower - no tub)

Linens & cleaning included - TV/cable - telephone

AC in dining/living room, front & back bedrooms

Ceiling fans in living room, front & back bedrooms.

Second floor is owner's private unit - used mainly on weekends when I come to clean.
