• Deposits: 1/3 to 1/2 depending when booked. If you book early only $500.00 deposit required and you can pay 500.00 per month starting January until you are paid in full. Our place books fast so don't wait. Family oriented, also set up for September events.
   
• Other Fees: This is a really nice clean, modern place foryour family. Please leave condo as you found it or cleaning fee starts at $125.00. Sheets, towels, outside furniture etc are for your use. Please wash and replace the sheets and towels befor you leave. If you want to pay some to do this when you leave, that can be arranged.

The place was clean and roomy and very close to the Boardwalk. Kids loved it. Definately will recommend this place.
