We have a brand new DUPLEX under construction - will be ready for July, definitely for August weeks - contact us for details and to book one of those two 4 BR units for August or July weeks. ONE BLOCK to Beach and Convention Center.

Comfy Clean Living Room awaits YOU with a Large screen LCD TV in front of it! We have FRESHLY PAINTED the entire house after last summer season. Traveling with a baby? Let us provide you pack n play so your baby can sleep in the master bedroom with you or play in the living room when you are relaxing.

Located on E Wildwood Avenue - right in the middle of it all. 4 bedroom unit just 2 blocks from beach, boardwalk and all attractions. 1 block to shopping and dining. Wildwood beach is free and awarded as the best beach on the coast for the last 3 years. Enjoy fireworks every Friday night.

Clean and well maintained 2005 Built, 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, open living room , dining area and a full kitchen spacious condo with covered deck/porch, laundry room, 2 car garage and a third parking pad. A patio to relax on both front and rear of the unit. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, with a full bath attached. 2nd Bedroom has 2 twin beds. 3rd and 4th each has a bunk bed. 4th bedroom has an additional futon too. The unit has forced air heating and is centrally air conditioned and has ceiling fans in all bedrooms and in the living room.

The living room has a comfy sectional comprising of a sofa, chaise plus there is a glider chair, a set of 3 piece coffee table and A BIG SCREEN LCD TV with VCR/DVD and has cable connection. Not to forget the Netflix Movie Package to complete the family fun pack. Another TV is there in the Master bedroom for your relaxing evening/night. The unit has free internet connection. The kitchen is fully furnished with all cookware, silverware, blender, coffee maker and everything else you would need.

Clean Pillows and comforters are there for your use. Please bring in your OWN sheets and towels. Please remember to wash the comforters at the end of stay. There is laundry room in the unit for your convenience.

Beach chairs, coolers, beech cart, boogie boards and kids sand toys are available in the storage room inside the garage of the unit for your convenience. Please clean them (wash off the sand) before putting it back as a courtesy to the next tenant.

Directions: Front of the Building - New Jersey Avenue turn east to Wildwood Avenue condo (front entrance) on left.
Parking Garage/Rear of the Building - New Jersey avenue turn east to Pine Avenue To get to garage and parking.
(Driveway entrance between 114 and 116 East Pine Avenue, as you pull in.)

THESE ACTIONS WILL MAKE YOU FORFEIT ALL THE MONEY AND WILL BE EVICTED. Cancellation Fee - 10%; rest will be refunded if the same period is rented for same rent. Otherwise partial refund will be given.

Great place!

Me and a group of 9 friends stayed here for a week and it was great! We were happy to find a place that rented to young adults and they were so nice! Our neighbors were all friendly and the fact it is so close to the beach and boardwalk was just fantastic! Raj and Bagya were so nice and always checking up making sure our stay was going great via texts! Highly recommended :)
