We at Sherson LLC understand the burden that the high price of gas and food is putting on making your decision to take a vacation this year. So we would like to offer to all who have already rented and all who plan to make reservations a $50.00 discount to help offset these costs and make your decision on vacation plans a little easier to make.

Our 3 year new condo has 4 bedrooms 2 baths,2 car garage and a beautiful covered deck out front with balcony and outside shower in back. We are located at 118 E. Pine Ave. in Wildwood just 2.5 blocks from the best boardwalk on the East Coast. The money saved on the short walk you make can be better spent on the kids on the boards or a quiet dinner for two at one of the many restaurants within walking distance(our favorite is Alfies.)So come and join the fun at the Wildwoods and enjoy the beautiful Fireworks every Friday night from 4th of July till Labor day at the end of our street.

Centrally located just a few blocks from North Wildwood.Within walking distance of almost everything you could need like shopping,drugstore,and restaurants.There are no beach tags required on these fabulous beaches!
$1450 a week gets you this beautiful condo.We're sorry but linens are not provided.

To the renters,
Our bedrooms have one queen size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in two of the other bedrooms and a set of bunkbeds in the last bedroom. Also we have a queen size fold out couch in the livingroom. This condo sleeps 10 comfortably

• Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Personal Check
   
• Check In: 2 p.m.
   
• Check Out: 10 a.m.
   
• Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday
   
• Deposits: $500 up front with lease agreement (this includes a $300 security deposit which will be returned within 30 days of departure)Remaining $1250 to be paid within 10 days before check-in.If for any reason the POLICE are called to this condo except for emergencies, renter will be evicted immediately and forfiet all monies to owners of condo.This is due to condo assoc. rules which include fines and penalties to owners of condo and condo assoc. pres. living below you. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
   
• Other Fees: security deposit will only be returned if there is no damage to be paid for.A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if tenant does not return property in same condition as was at check-in.

Condo was well cared for and beautifully furnished. Lots of little "extras" that made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Location is nice, only a short walk to the boardwalk. Nice neighborhood. Would definitely rent from them again.

We just checked in to this lovely property which the owners have thought of almost every detail! The location seems just lovely and the house is wonderful! I am sure we really will enjoy our week here
