Description of the Wildwood vacation condo rental

Dear Vacationers,
We at Sherson LLC understand the burden that the high price of gas and food is putting on making your decision to take a vacation this year. So we would like to offer to all who have already rented and all who plan to make reservations a $50.00 discount to help offset these costs. This would lower the rent from $1625 to $1575 and make your decision on vacation plans a little easier to make.

Our 8 year new condo has 4 bedrooms 2 baths,2 car garage and a beautiful covered deck out front with balcony and outside shower in back. We are located at 118 E. Pine Ave. in Wildwood just 2.5 blocks from the best boardwalk on the East Coast. The money saved on the short walk you make can be better spent on the kids on the boards or a quiet dinner for two at one of the many restaurants within walking distance(our favorite is Alfies.)So come and join the fun at the Wildwoods and enjoy the beautiful Fireworks every Friday night from 4th of July till Labor day at the end of our street.Due to Condo Assoc. rules you must be 25 or older to rent.

Area Information

Centrally located just a few blocks from North Wildwood.Within walking distance of almost everything you could need like shopping,drugstore,and restaurants.There are no beach tags required on these fabulous beaches! We now have WIFI and LARGE Screen TVS.
$1575 a week gets you this beautiful condo.We're sorry but linens are not provided.

Condo was well cared for and beautifully furnished. Lots of little "extras" that made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Location is nice, only a short walk to the boardwalk. Nice neighborhood. Would definitely rent from them again.
