Or, sit at dusk on your private enclosed front porch with wall to wall windows sipping cocktails while sitting at the Tiki Bar enjoying friends and conversation. Enjoy the porch enclosure or open all ten windows for the ocean breeze. If you prefer the outdoors and stars above you, simply adjourn to the outdoor patio with plenty of seating room. Wildwood is also famous for their Friday night fireworks right on the beach – if you are too tired to walk down simply open all three window shades in the master bedroom for your front row seat view.

The eat-in kitchen offers every amenity needed including seating for 7 (additional seating for 6 in the dining room, a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, pots, pans, utensils, spice rack, dishes, drinking and wine glasses, toaster, crock pot, blender and kitchen nook seating surrounded by windows. The kitchen also offers an exterior door to the outdoor barbecue grill and outside shower with hot and cold running water.
The dining room offers a beautiful oak table with additional seating for six people. Dining room also has a futon which sleeps 2.
First floor also offers a full bath with neo-angle shower and vanity with hair dryer.
First Floor bedroom with double bed, bureau, LCD TV with built in DVD player and a private exterior entrance.

Second Floor:

Master bedroom with a queen bed, bureau, closet shelving, 32" LCD flat screen television with DVD player.
Bedroom with two twin beds, bureau, large closet with shelving and an LCD flat screen television with built in DVD player.

Pillows, blankets and mattress pads are provided for all beds, sleeper sofa and futon. Please bring along towels and linens as these are not provided. If you prefer to have your towels and linens on site, please let us know in advance and we can arrange a service to provide them at a nominal fee.

Additional Fees:

Cleaning Fee if home requires additional cleaning upon departure. Tenants have the option of leaving the home clean and as they found it or pay the additional fee for a service. You must let us know your option prior to your rental period or additional fees will apply for last minute service.

$500.00 security deposit - will be refunded within 10 days upon your departure from the property provided the property was not damaged and does not require cleaning.

Wildwood is a free beach - no need to purchase beach tags.
