Description of the Wildwood vacation home rental

Located 1 block South of North Wildwood-between Atlantic and Pacific Avenues. Central Air and Heat, beautifully decorated, great location on quiet street.

We rent to families and responsible groups over the age of 25 only.
We do not rent to prom or senior week groups. Seasonal rentals not available but winter rental available.

Vacation Rental Description
Single Family Home is located one block South of North Wildwood just two short blocks to the world famous boardwalk – private driveway - offering plenty of off-street parking (3+ cars), single home privacy and a fabulous location. Very quiet street. Wildwood is also a free beach - no beach tags are required.

Beautiful completely updated single home with Central Air/Heat, two blocks from the boardwalk and Sam’s Pizza and conventiently located between two amusement piers/water parks - WALK TO EVERYTHING! Upscale 4 BR 2 BA single home! This adorable home is spacious and ready for your family plus offers privacy that condo's and townhouses do not. You do not have anyone above you or below you - meaning no loud noise keeping you up all night and you are close enough to the boardwalk to walk there but far enough away so that you do not hear the noise at night.

NEW LCD FLAT SCREEN TV’s WITH DVDs IN THREE BEDROOMS AND LIVING ROOM!! This home is fully stocked and upgraded. The floors are beautiful Pergo and/or wall-to-wall carpet! After soaking up the sun at the beach, come home and relax and watch television on the new LCD equipped with cable and DVD Player! Or, sit at dusk on your private enclosed front porch with wall to wall windows sipping cocktails at the new Tiki Bar while enjoying friends and conversation. Enjoy the enclosure or open all ten windows for the ocean breeze. If you prefer the outdoors and stars above you, simply adjorn to the outdoor patio with plenty of seating room. Wildwood is also famous for their Friday night fireworks right on the beach – if you are too tired to walk down simply open all three window shades in the master bedroom for your front row seat view without the noise.

There is also off-street parking for three cars (private driveway)

First Floor:
• Outdoor patio with furniture to enjoy the sunshine or have BBQ with friends.
• Enclosed great room/front porch surrounded by wall to wall windows with ratan porch furniture and a brand new Tiki Bar.
• The living room consists of a sofa and loveseat which includes a queen sleeper, chair and gas fireplace with an LCD high definition flat screen television and DVD player.
• The kitchen offers every amenity needed including a full-size stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, pots, pans, utensils, spice rack, dishes, crock pot, blender and kitchen nook seating surrounded by windows. The kitchen also offers an exterior door to the outdoor barbecue grill and outside shower with hot and cold running water.
• The dining room offers a beautiful table with additional seating for six people. Dining room also has a futon which sleeps 2 people.
• First floor full bath with shower with hair dryer.
• First Floor Bedroom with double bed, LCD TV with built in DVD player and a private entrance.

Second Floor:
• Master bedroom with a queen bed, bureau, closet shelving, LCD flat screen television with built in DVD player.
• Second Bedroom offers two twin beds, bureau, large closet with shelving and an LCD flat screen television with built in DVD player.
• Bedroom Three offers a set of bunk beds, bureau and a closet with shelving.
• There is a full ceramic tile bathroom in the second floor hall with full tub and shower and hair dryer and plently off closet space for your toiletries.

Pillows, blankets and mattress pads are provided for all beds, sleeper sofa and futon. Please bring along towels and linens as these are not provided. If you prefer to have your towels and linens on site, please let us know in advance and we can arrange a service to provide them at a nominal fee.

Exterior:
• A 10 x 6 outdoor shower with hot and cold running water and barbecue grill complement the exterior.
• Patio with chairs (chairs are stored in the outdoor shower).

Additional Fees:

Cleaning fee $80.00 for standard cleaning. If home requires additional cleaning over and above the norm, additional fees will apply.

$500.00 security deposit - will be refunded within 15 days upon your departure from the property provided the property was not damaged and does not require cleaning.

Wildwood is a free beach - no need to purchase beach tags.

Only two very short blocks to the sandy beach and famous Wildwood Boardwalk in the center of everything! Ideally located and within walking distance to all the amusement piers and water parks, Saint Ann’s Church, shops, fine dining, bike rentals, Sam’s Pizza, Gateway 26, many restaurants and grocery and liquor stores.

Two short blocks from THE WORLD FAMOUS WILDWOOD BOARDWALK - situated between two amusement piers/waterparks - no need to drive anywhere - everything is within walking distance! The Boardwalk is where you can spend hours on the rides, shops, eateries, arcades and in the water parks, etc. Beach tags are never required at the Wildwood beaches! Also available, deep sea fishing, many golf courses nearby, historical Cape May nearby as well as boat and jet ski rentals, etc.

This is the place to be if you are looking for a clean, beautifully decorated and spacious place to stay. As soon as you walk in, you feel the welcoming atmosphere. Every bedroom was comfy cozy and there's plenty of additional sleeping space. My family is still talking about how relaxing our vacation was and I believe it was due to the easy going feel of this house. J & J were very helpful in their suggestions and information about where to eat and where to play. We had a blast. We don't always get the opportunity for the whole family to vacation together but in the future, when we can do it again, we will definitely be booking this truly wonderful home...yes, it's a home...not just a house. Thank you so much for a vacation that will be cherished and never forgotten...

I had one of the best time's in Wildwood the week that we stayed at your home. Every year my husband & I take our family and grandkids to Wildwood for a week. There is about 12 -14 of us and we have a hard time finding enough space for all of us to fit comfortably. Your home was so spacious and comfortable that we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The location was wonderful, on Fir night we sat out front and watched the fireworks! The beach and boardwalk was close enough that the teenagers could go by themself's. The best feature was the private parking! It was a godsend! Thank you for opening up your home and As you know I have already booked the house for next year!

This house was a great location for a family. It was walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. It wasn't too close to where you can hear the nightlife noise. The pictures do not do this house justice. It is truely a beautiful home and the owners are great people. I highly reccomend this house as a vacation spot for a family!
