Luxurious and spacious villa located in a very central neighborhood and in just a few minutes from the beach, bars, restaurants and city centre. The villa has a large swimming pool surrounded by a tropical garden and palm trees.
The porch has a nice sitting area under a palapa where you catch a nice tropical breeze, diner-table for 8 persons connected to the open kitchen. Kitchen appliances are modern and according to excellent standards; there is a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, American refrigerator, a gas-oven, Senseo coffee machine, water-cooker, and much more. This villa is a tipical 'tropical house', build on the wind. You will always feel a nice breeze under the beautiful sun.

This villa is very private, the neigborhood is also very quiet so if you are looking for rest and relaxation this villa definately is a good choice.
