Description of the Williamsburg vacation home rental
This beautiful home has been completely remodeled. It features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors on the first floor, jacuzzi tub, master suite, wood burning fireplace, extensive landscaping, and a hot tub. The home has a 2 car garage, deck with patio furniture, and a chimneya for an intimate fire on the deck. During the summer, this home is 200 yards from the Tutter's Nec Rec Center which features a play ground, kiddie pool, and olympic sized pool with water slides. During the winter, you can enjoy our hot tub on the back deck and keep your eyes out for the deer and eagles that make the woods of Kingsmill their home.
This home is a "stone's trhow" away from Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA. Busch Gardens is literally next to Kingsmill. Shopping and Dinning is right outside the neighborhood, and Kingsmill has its own marina, beach, golf courses, resort, restraunts, and recreational areas. Williamsburg's newest mall "The Marquise" has just been finished and is a 3 minute drive from our home. If you want to experience the best of what Williamsburg has to offer, this home is the one for you.
Williamsburg is a beautiful area. There are lush trees, beaches along the James River and Chickahominy rivers. There is a wealth of shopping, dinning, and entertainment. In addition to Busch Gardens and Water Country there is Colonial Williamsburg, Ripley's Believe it or Not, The College of William and Mary, The Outlet Mall, The Pottery, The Yankee Candle Factor, Go-Karts Plus, The Great Wolf Lodge, and many other tourist attractions. Within Kingsmill there is a marina, 3 restraunts, and pub, a resort and spa, and multiple community pools. There is also a beach down at the marina. It is a great place to have fun and play! Busch Gardens is open through October and don't forget Colonial Williamsburg's Grand Illumination in December and the awesom fireworks display!

Kingsmill is a beautiful neighborhood with mature trees and landscape. There are 3 golf course, a resort, a marina, multiple restraunts, a beach, multiple pools, and multiple recreation areas. It is close to everything in Williamsburg and right next to Busch Gardens Williasmburg. There are walking and biking trails, and there is a gym at the resort. The marina provides boat rentals, fishing charters, live entertainment at night and a beautiful bar and restraunt looking over the james river. In the fall deer, eagles, and owls are common sights in our heavily wooded community. I live in another home in the neighborhood, and I wouldn't live anywhere else in Williamsburg!
