This 4 BR 2BA house has been completely remodeled. The home features a warm and inviting front porch with private rear deck and large yard. Inside you will find re-finished hardwood floors throughout the home. The kitchen features new appliances and granite countertops. The living room has a wood burning fire place, sleeper sofa, and sleeper love seat. The master bedroom features a king sized bed while the other 2 bedrooms feature queen sized beds. These 3 rooms have access to a completely remodeled bathroom that features all new plumbing fixtures and marble tile. The upstairs loft bedroom has 3 single beds. The upstairs bath features a walk-in shower and all new fixtures. Off the kitchen is a Utility/Sun Room that has Washer and Dryer and some of our well-cared for Fern Palms and Peace-Lilies. Most rooms have TV's, DVD Player, Wi-Fi Internet, and no land phone line.

This home is close to multiple grocery store, shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Water Country USA are less than 5 minutes from the home. If you want to be in the middle of everything Williamsburg has to offer, this is the place for you.

Area Description

Williamsburg is a beautiful place to live and play. There is lots of fun at Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and historic Yorktown. You can also tour the College of William and Mary and visit all the shops and restaurants near W&M and Colonial Williamsburg. There is shopping at The Prime Outlets, The Outlet Mall, The Marquise, The Pottery, and New Town. New Town features many shops and restaurants and is also where our Movie Theatre is located. New Town is an 8-10 minute drive from this Home. Busch Gardens Opens March 21st and stays open through October and features "Hallow Scream" during September and October. November and December are great shopping months as the Prime Outlets, Pottery, and Williamsburg Outlet Mall all have Christmas Specials. Colonial Williamsburg also has its famous Grand Illumination and wondrous fireworks display in December. Williamsburg is a year round attraction!

This home is also very close to Colonial Parkway. The Parkway is a beautiful drive that will take you along both the York and James Rivers and many of our areas estuaries. There is fishing, beaches, and lots of fun at Yorktown beach. It has just been revitalized with new shops and restaurants. There is just too much to do when you visit Williamsburg!

This home is less than 5 minutes from Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, Water Country USA, William and Mary, and is convenient to everything in Williamsburg. It is close to the beach, biking, fishing, recreation, etc. During the winter months there is the Grand Illumination at Colonial Williamsburg, Arts Festivals, and many other great events that make Williamsburg a year round destination. We all liked the house, the kids especially enjoyed the backyard. House is centrally located to all activities in Williamsburg area. The house was well supplied with everything we needed to have a great week. Would reccommend staying here to our friends.
