Description of the Williamsburg vacation home rental

This beautiful transitional style home has a light, bright, open floor plan. The living room has an inviting fireplace and queen sized sleeper sofa. The kitchen has new granite countertops with everything you need to prepare a full course meal during your vacation. The bedrooms feature a king sized bed in the master, queen sized in the guest bedroom, and a bunk bed in the third bedroom. The home comfortably sleeps 8 guests.

Leading off the dining area is a large deck that faces your wooded corner lot. There is a swing set for the children in your party and ample space to spread out and enjoy our seasonal weather. This home has everything you need to enjoy a Williamsburg Vacation.

The home is a 5 minute drive to Busch Gardens, Water Country USA and Colonial Williamsburg. It is also convenient to the Colonial Parkway which connects historic Yorktown, Colonial Williamsburg & the Jamestowne Settlement while featuring a scenic drive with many beaches and estuaries of the York and James Rivers. This makes a great setting for picnics, fishing, and outdoor fun. This home is also a 3 minute drive to multiple grocery stores, convenience stores, shopping, and dining. Williamsburg has a wide variety of areas to shop -- Prime Outlets, Williamsburg Outlet Mall, Pottery, NewTown, High Street and more. Williamsburg also has many national chains and local flavor to satisfy your pallet -- Barrett's Seafood, Olive Garden, Carraba's, Opus 9, Le Yaca French Cuisine, Bonefish, Outback, Fireside Grill, and many, many more. Norfolk and Virginia Beach are 45 minutes southeast of Williamsburg. Richmond is 45 minutes northwest of Williamsburg. These are easy and excellent day trips. Washing DC is a 2.5 hour drive from Williamsburg.

We recently vacationed at this Williamsburg, VA home and had a wonderful time. The house is quite spacious and was equipped with everything we needed. The location is fabulous with easy access to all the area attractions. We would definitely rent this house again. Thank you.
